Iam 26 female. 5′4 I weigh almost 140 but, I don’t want to lose weight. but I want to look younger and I don’t want to be looking older.

Yes, it’s ok to use resveratrol right now. I’m actually about to start using it and I’m 25. It suppose to have a lot of benefits.

I found a blog that explains which resveratrol supplement is best.

I’ll leave a link to the blog below.

hope this helps…

i really want to get my mom an anti-wrinkle cream for christmas but i have no idea which works best.it can be department or drugstore. just whatever works best. price doesnt matter just whatever works! shes 45 and has mostly eye and forehead wrinkles.
so does anyone one know from experience which treatments actually work???
thanks!:)

I found a blog earlier that has some anti aging face creams that work. The blog also gives some tips on which foods to eat to help with anti aging.

I’ll leave a link to the blog below.

hope this helps…

If so, did you see any results from using them?

All I know about this supplement is that it is some what scetchy, it is not that easy to find good or bad reviews on it so that means that its at a neutral status as far as passing the public test. Good job on trying to get a good idea about stuff before using it, I came across this blog that seems to have a good handle on health/diet an fitness that has really good info that may help you achieve your fitness goals. Not sure how it is with supplement reviews but the stuff I read there seems to have good content. (source box)

Good luck and Merry Christmas!

I am looking for something that I can purchase from CVS or a store like that. It’s for a christmas present so I want to go all out and get a whole line of products that help for wrinkles, bags under the eyes, etc. But I am not sure which is the best, that actually works.

My mom uses Olay and loves it!! you should give those products a try :P
Hope i helped♥♥

Which one is better for healing skin conditions?

Hmmmm…I would get some oils in your body first like essential fatty acids, such as Omegas, flaxseed oil, or evening primrose oil. also vit E will help. Resveratrol is high in antioxidants for preventing aging in the body and skin.

I have super oily skin with quite a few wrinkles around the eyes and one on the forehead. I hate looking old anybody know anything good thats not too exspensive? thanks!

Try Olay Regenerist products with amino-peptide complex. I use the Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum ($23) and love it. I have been using it for a few months now and have noticed a definite decrease in the appearance of my eye wrinkles.

You can read a review about Olay Regenerist products here if you are interested:

I don’t know if it’s true or not, but it makes sense.

Has anyone ever used this for microdermabrasion and if so, how well does it work? I have mild scaring and large pores, and fine lines and I want to resurface my skin but don’t want plastic surgery.

If not, does anyone know any really good microdermabrasion tips that work, especially to minimize pores and laugh lines? thanks

So I like you was at first skeptical of buying it, but after long consideration, I finally gave in, and the truth is… I love it. It helps get rid of scars definitely, it takes a few tries though. As for minimizing pores, it does do that, not as much as I would have liked, though. I did find it helped my acne quite a bit, as well as all my nasty scarring, I would definitely recommend it, and I mean come on, the price is so great too. I would recommend buying some more of the pads, though, mine fell off after about two months of using it three days a week.

As for just tips, be careful not to over wash your face, pat it dry, and use warm water. Also using scentless, colorless moisturizing lotion that doesn’t clog pores helps as well. Those aren’t really microdermabrasion tips, but they do truly work.
