Great info. I just started drinking ‘Green smoothies’ everyday. i feel a million times better and i might be crazy but i think it cured me of my tmj which before i started the green smoothies i couldnt get out of bed. I’m so much happier.
i do.. kale, bocs pear, collard green, parsly, lemon, and cilantro and honey to sweeten. what do u recommend for better skin?
