Yes, it’s ok to use resveratrol right now. I’m actually about to start using it and I’m 25. It suppose to have a lot of benefits.
I found a blog that explains which resveratrol supplement is best.
I’ll leave a link to the blog below.
hope this helps…
getting older and looking older are facts of life which can only be stopped if you have yourself cloned over and over every year into another 26 year old body.

Resverarol has certainly been shown to have anti-aging properties. However, you cannot beat Father Time, though you can slow him down with a healty lifestyle and diet. Avoid smoking, drinking and sugar and consume a mostly raw, mostly vegan diet that also includes some essential healthy fats. Stay physically active. Get regular sunshine (and/or supplement with Vitamin D3) but avoid over-exposure to the sun, as that will surely cause premature wrinkles later in life. Grapeseed oil is excellent for the skin and helps diminish fine line wrinkles.

The resveratrol is unlikely to make a noticeable change in your appearance. It might be a good thing over a lifetime, but seeing any noticeable change in the next year is not likely.
I don’t know you, but I see in young people some things that may contribute to looking older and some that could help build a more vital look.
If you smoke, stop it. This is one of the biggest things you could do to make your skin more healthy looking. If you stay up late at night, change your schedule. Getting to sleep long before midnight and getting up in the morning and getting out in the sunshine will help your biological clock to function well and should contribute to an appearance of vitality. Get regular exercise. Walk every day. Find a way to keep moving so that your lymphatic system gets some drainage. Eat 9 or more servings of different veggies and fruits daily to build up a supply of phytonutrients and anti-oxidants. Fresh tomatoes can be especially helpful.
De-stress your life. This is one of the big killers of youthfulness. Think about your religious values and practice and get involved in the religious community, both in worship and in helping others. Focusing away from yourself will help you ignore any signs of aging and bring joy to your heart. A joyful 40 year old is much better company than a self-centered 20 year old.
And smile. As you take interest in others, they will see past any road markers to your heart.

well if you ask me I think resveratrol works just fine. But then again you could always try it to believe it. There are also a lot of other techniques and products you can use, you just have to see which suits you best.
