Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can give you my opinion if you’d like). There are many higher quality companies out there that are readily available and well priced… just make sure the company has a good rating with either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main quality assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).
That being said, a few of the better quality (and better prices) are at http://www.swansonvitamins.com http://www.puritanspride.com and http://www.vitacost.com
The dosage actually varies with each person based on their body’s needs. From our customer’s orders, 30 mg tends to be about the average, but some go for the higher doses like 50 or 100 mg. Any of those should be safe doses for the general population, so you should be safe… but I’d suggest starting around the 30 mg dose to see how your body responds to it.
Also, Resveratrol is the nutrient that gives red wine one of it’s heart healthy benefits… there’s not much of any in grape juice, so if you actually want the benefits of Resveratrol, you should get a pure Resveratrol product.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
Try organic Concord Grape Juice. A healthy, tasty, great source of Resveratrol!
Best wishes and good luck.

Personal research in my role as a Product Specialist for a vitamin company
Well, as someone who has been doing research on the reservatrol (from a medical, not product stand point) I will tell you this – it only stays in your bloodstream for about half an hour, what you put in your mouth is only a tiny fraction of what ends up in the bloodstream, and the intestinal tract changes the compound into the conjugated form (sulfonic acid) – - that said – which ever brand you take, capsules seem to be the way to go – - empty the contents into a small glass of water, let it sit in the mouth for a minute and absorb through the membranes of the mouth. Delivery of the substance is much better that way than taking a capsule. [1 mg in 50ml of water taken that way resulted in 37mcgs per ml of blood within minutes, where as a 250 mg capsule would be needed to acquire the same levels.]
The mouse studies on it (all the original studies were mouse studies) used HUGE doses (4% of caloric intake) so don’t be afraid you will get too much taking it the way I suggested – that said, I suggest the country life 100mg resveratrol 100mg grape seed extract combo sound on iherb right now for 16 bucks (for 200 caps)
Good Luck
