but doesn’t using sunscreen and other daily have long term affects, say 10-15 years time. Will it be the same equivalent as dying your hair over long period of time?
Maintaining and restoring healthy looking skin both begin with preventive maintenance. The sun’s UV rays are your skin’s worst enemy. UV rays contribute to the production of free-radicals in the body. These unbalanced molecules, free-radicals, significantly accelerate the signs. So apply sunscreen daily.
Below are some essential vitamins for youthful looking skin.
Vitamin A
Green leafy vegetables, such as, spinach and broccoli, yams, carrots, prunes, and cherries
B-Complex
Fruits (bananas, citrus fruits), grains (oatmeal, whole grains), nuts (walnuts, almonds), legumes (beans, lentils), and animal sources (eggs, tuna)
Vitamin C
Leafy green vegetables, cabbage, brussel sprouts and all fruits, especially citrus fruits
Vitamin E
Grains (whole grains, wheat germ), vegetables (sweet potato, avocado), fruits (mango) nuts (sunflower seeds, almonds), legumes (soy beans, soy products), most vegetable oils, and animal products (fish oil, salmon)
The above anti aging nutrients play key roles in having a more beautiful, more radiant skin tone. Using an anti aging skin cream packed with free-radical fighting antioxidants will also aid in revitalizing and maintaining beautiful skin. Along with exercise, good eating habits, and not smoking, an anti aging cream can dramatically accelerate your skin’s rejuvenative process.

Ok here are some things that might help
*Get plently of sleep every night. Depriving the body of sleep means you deprive the skin as well. Sleeping is when your body repairs itself and if you dont get enough sleep your skin wont be able to begin repairing any damage done to it throughout the day
*Drink plenty of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Water will keep you from being dehydrated which is one of the main reasons that people often suffer bad skin. Water will help the body repair the skin during the night. Did you know that the body is approx 65% water>
*Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and lean meat. Eat un-saturated fats. So eat things like avocado. That will give your skin a healthy glow.
*Invest in a good facial moisuriser. Try to find one that contains a sunscreen as well, because sun damage the the face can cause acne as well. Try using a night cream as well for extra moisurisation. Moisturise day and night
*Im not sure what you can do about the acne scaring, looking after your skin with the above steps may decrease how much you can see them on the skin surface. Going to see a dematologist may help as well.
*Cleanse the face regularly to ensure that all dirt and grime is removed from the day.
*Dont smoke
*Dont drink too much alcohol
Hope that these steps help at least a little bit =]

Drink 1/2 your body weight in water and skin brushing apparently helps. Also keep your skin moisturized
